The Timberland^® Abington Collection is inspired by a time when people were rugged, the land was rugged and the gear they depended on had to be too. Named after Timberland's original company name (the Abington Shoe Company), the Abington Collection merges trend-right details with heritage-driven style and the most premium materials and construction.

For Spring 2012, the Abington Collection pays tribute to the “stewards of the Earth” who sparked a passion for exploring the wilderness. Boots, chukkas and oxfords embody the sense of discovery found among the original New England guides, with a modern reinterpretation featuring premium full-grain Horween^® leather made in the United States, Vibram^® soles for durability and traction and Timberland's proprietary Anti-Fatigue footbed technology for long-wearing comfort.

Alpine Collection for Men

The Alpine Oxford Hiker Trail Shoe is influenced by the shoes New England guides hiked in around the early 1900s, and features a lower, lighter, and sleeker silhouette with a more proportionally-trimmed outsole.

Lodge Collection for Men

The Lodge Moccasin Oxford is inspired by the shoes guides wore in lodges after a day of exploring the New England trails. The traditional moccasin silhouette receives a modern interpretation on a wedge sole.
